Integration of previous acquisitions

During the first quarter of 2023 we were busy integrating previous acquisitions to optimise our operations, make our platform more efficient, and realise synergies. 

For example, we completed the brand integration of Infinia in Spain, Portugal and Latin America, while further optimising our sales force and offerings to advertisers by progressing the integration of Vlyby, MMedia and Targetspot. We also continued consolidating the offerings and operations from Adplay, TakeRate into our publisher monetisation services. 

At the same time, we continued optimising our costs by merging teams and offices from previous acquisitions into the Azerion regional structure (UK, US, APAC, France, DACH, Italy, Benelux, Nordics, Iberia, Latam). 

Launch of Performance by Azerion

During Q1 2023 we launched Performance by Azerion. This is a new data and technology arm, through which our team of data and technology specialists will help clients to create bespoke targeting, creative, and measurement strategies driving increased performance across the funnel. By identifying consumers in their moment of ‘discovery’, their interests, passions, and intent, they will apply highly custom audience and pixel strategies to drive better outcomes for brands and agencies alike.

Premium games expands its brand licencing partnerships

In Q1 2023 we have also broadened our partnerships with key consumer brands, unlocking opportunities for in-game advertising and branding and capturing the attention of millions of actively engaged audiences. 

Azerion has welcomed long-term partner and iconic lifestyle brand, SmileyWorld, into Azerion’s social games, Habbo, Hotel Hideaway and Woozworld. As a lifestyle brand with deep roots in fashion and emotional intelligence, SmileyWorld enables self-expression and the sharing of positivity. Azerion’s social games are the perfect place for players to engage with the brand through SmileyWorld branded furniture, clothes and accessories. 

In another partnership, Azerion and Mattel, Inc. have announced their collaboration to bring the beloved characters of Mattel’s Monster High™ to Woozworld, a social game and virtual fashion world. During the integration, visitors to Woozworld will be able to interact with their favourite Monster High characters.

And lastly, Azerion announced the release of L.O.L. Surprise! O.M.G. Fashion House™, developed in collaboration with long-standing partner MGA Entertainment, bringing the popular franchise to mobile gaming and into multi-channel distribution.
