• The Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of Azerion Group N.V. (the "Company") will be held at 14:00 CET on Thursday 16 November 2023 at the Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Boeing Avenue 2, 1119 PB Schiphol-Rijk, the Netherlands

• On Wednesday, 4 October 2023, the total number of issued shares in the share capital of Azerion Group N.V. amounted to 124,023,695, the total issued capital amounted to EUR 1,460,236.73 and the total number of voting rights amounted to 121,438,928

• The EGM covers the appointment of two new members of the Company's Supervisory Board.
