Azerion and Bauer Media France Announce Strategic Partnership for the Exclusive Monetization of Media Brands: Télé 7 Jours, Maxi, and Télécâble Sat Hebdo
Paris, April 20, 2026 – Azerion, a leading digital advertising company in Europe, announces a strategic partnership with the Bauer Media Group. Azerion becomes the exclusive regional advertising network for the titles Télé 7 Jours, Maxi, and Télécâble Sat Hebdo, while also taking over the entire programmatic monetization (web and app) for the Télé 7 Jours brand.
This operation aligns with Azerion’s strategy to support premium media publishers in optimizing their revenue. Since the launch of Azerion Régions in France in 2025, the group has confirmed its ambition to become the leading regional partner by combining local presence with technological expertise.
Renewed Trust and an Amplified Scope
Following the acquisition of Télé 7 Jours in January 2025, Bauer Media France has chosen to renew and expand the mission historically entrusted to Azerion. This new strategic framework is built on two complementary pillars:
- Print Expertise & Proximity: Regional commercial exclusivity is confirmed for Télé 7 Jours and now extends to two other titles in the portfolio: Maxi and Télécâble Sat Hebdo. This deployment leverages the strength of Azerion Régions to better connect these brands with local advertisers.
- Digital Monetization & Full-Stack: For the Télé 7 Jours brand, the partnership reaches a technological milestone with the full outsourcing of its programmatic monetization. This setup relies on the extension of Azerion’s proprietary stack: the integration of our Wrapper for web and our SDK for in-app environments.
At the heart of this agreement, Bauer Media France utilizes Azerion’s publishing expertise, its ability to activate omnichannel levers, and its proprietary technology stack to benefit from an open and fully configurable “full-stack” monetization ecosystem.
This architecture precisely meets the requirements of premium publishers through total flexibility: technological solutions can be deployed as self-service for complete autonomy, or as managed-service for strategic support from Azerion experts.
Antoine Ripoche, General Manager Southern Europe at Azerion: “This partnership with Bauer Media France perfectly illustrates Azerion’s dual expertise. On one hand, we activate the power of Azerion Régions to ensure direct commercialization and unique proximity with local advertisers for iconic titles. On the other hand, we consolidate the publisher’s digital strategy by unifying its revenue streams. Thanks to the agility of our tech stack, we maximize the value of digital inventory. This hybrid approach, combining field sales force and programmatic performance, offers Bauer Media a global monetization solution optimized for today’s market challenges.”
Nicolas Sauzay, CEO of Bauer Media France: “ Azerion is a partner that listens, proposes ideas, and is mobilizd to support us in developing our multi-channel advertising revenue. This partnership allows Bauer Media France to optimize the value of its inventory while remaining flexible to evolutions in the programmatic market.”
