Azerion Fanzone and Fanalists connect platforms for unified fan data and activation

Azerion, one of Europe’s largest digital advertising and media entertainment platforms, is pleased to announce a new collaboration with Fanalists, a leading fan data platform in sport, media and entertainment and its fan engagement solution Fanzone. Together, they aim to make it easier for sports organizations to unify, segment, and activate their fan data across multiple channels.

Fanalists specializes in bringing together data from various data sources as ticketing, subscriptions, ecommerce or lead forms into a single fan data platform, enabling sports clubs to centralize data, create intelligent and enriched fan data profiles, to segment audiences and target them through different marketing automation platforms.

Azerion Fanzone provides a fan engagement platform with Single Sign-On (SSO), a fan- (B2C) and business (B2B) app and an ecommerce solution. With these solutions Azerion helps clubs, leagues, and federations build stronger digital connections with their communities and monetize those.

Through this collaboration, both platforms work seamlessly together:

  • Structured data sharing: Azerion’s Single Sign-On shares fan data from the app, ticketing- and ecommerce platform, directly with Fanalists in an organized and secure manner.
  • Audience Activation: Clubs can push fully automated and dynamic fan segments from Fanalists to the Azerion app. Clubs are relieved via optimized marketing playbooks regarding retention and winback, conversion optimization, cross- and upsell or feedback gathering to deliver targeted push notifications and campaigns.
  • Early Adopters: Clubs such as Vitesse, Fortuna Sittard, and Almere City FC are already using the integrated setup. Azerion Sports and Fanalists are excited to support more clubs going forward.
