Azerion France strengthens its management committee and structures its organization to accelerate growth

Paris, September 1, 2025 – Azerion France announces a strategic reorganization with five key promotions. The new organization is now structured around three areas of expertise and aims to support the group’s strong growth momentum while responding to market developments.
Azerion Business & Media: Azerion’s commercial interface for agencies and advertisers, with the mission of turning their objectives into effective media strategies. To achieve this, the division relies on three strengths: a complete omnichannel portfolio, advanced expertise (audio, video, rich media, and drive-to-store), and exclusive media partnerships, such as those established with Radio France, Skyrock, and La Poste.
Azerion Technologies & Platforms: Azerion’s proprietary technological foundation, built around its DSP Hawk. This division’s mission is to develop and evolve the platform to provide agencies with a high-performance self-service solution for their advertising campaigns.
Azerion Operations & Publishers: The center of expertise dedicated to quality and distribution. Its mission is twofold: to maintain strong relationships with publishers to guarantee inventory quality, and to oversee the implementation, monitoring, and performance reporting of campaigns.
To lead this new structure, under the direction of Antoine Ripoche, General Manager France, the following appointments are announced:
-
Within Azerion Business & Media:
Chérifa Afiri is promoted to Deputy General Manager, Sales Big 6 & Marketing. She will lead the commercial strategy with the six largest media agencies and oversee marketing activities, while continuing her role as a digital audio expert for the group.
Quentin Riesi is promoted to Deputy General Manager, Sales Regions & Independent Agencies. Following the acquisition of CMI Media Région, he will coordinate synergies between teams to build a unified omnichannel offering and strengthen Azerion’s position as a leading player across the entire French market. -
