Hannane Harrabi becomes Managing Director of Azerion Belgium

Brussels, October 26, 2026 – Azerion announces the appointment of Hannane Harrabi as the Managing Director of its Belgian subsidiary following Vincent Delmotte’s appointment as the new CEO of RMB.

A historic figure at the heart of Azerion’s DNA

The appointment of Hannane Harrabi is a natural choice for the group. She possesses an in-depth knowledge of the company and all its products, and is indeed one of the very first employees of the Dutch group, having notably participated in the rollout of Azerion in Belgium and France more than ten years ago.

In the Belgian market, Hannane began her career in 2014 at AdUx, a historic player in digital advertising. During Azerion’s acquisition of AdUx in 2019, she played a key role in integrating the two structures within Azerion Belgium, ensuring continuity for clients, agencies, and publishers, and supporting the teams through this transition. Her career path demonstrates loyalty and continuous evolution within the company’s ecosystem.

Continuity, local roots, and international vision

By taking the helm of Azerion Belgium, Hannane Harrabi continues the local strategy and projects implemented by Vincent Delmotte and his teams thus far. Her goal will be to sustain these achievements while continuing to drive growth in the Belgian market.

Hannane Harrabi will combine this new role with her international functions within the group, thereby ensuring optimal synergy between Azerion at a global level and the specific needs of the Belgian market.

“After more than ten years within the group, I am particularly thrilled to take over the management of Azerion Belgium. Today, we have many assets to support our growth: talented teams, recognized market expertise, and the technological power of an international group. My ambition is to capitalize on these strengths to accelerate our development and continue deploying innovative solutions that create real added value for our clients and partners,” stated Hannane Harrabi.

While thanking Vincent Delmotte for his long-standing commitment and congratulating him on his appointment at RMB, Azerion is delighted to see Hannane Harrabi take up the torch and extends its congratulations to her on this major new step in her career.
